3. User Responsibility & Account Safety:
While the extension incorporates human-simulation algorithms, random delays, and safety limits, you acknowledge that automated activity carries inherent risks on third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for your TikTok account, the actions you trigger, and compliance with platform rate limits.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability:
The extension is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any temporary or permanent account restrictions, shadowbans, suspensions, or losses incurred from the use or misuse of this extension or from changes to TikTok's platform.
5. VIP PRO Membership:
VIP PRO access is an optional supporter reward provided through Patreon. Privileges are personal, non-transferable, and valid for the duration of an active Patreon subscription.

- Local Execution: AutoKit for TikTok operates strictly on your local browser client. All automation tasks (such as following/unfollowing and follower list management) are executed within your active browser session.
- No Credential Collection: The extension NEVER accesses, logs, stores, or transmits your TikTok password, session cookies, private messages, or personal account credentials.
- No Tracking or Third-Party Sale: We do not track your browsing history outside of the active TikTok interface, and we NEVER sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to data brokers or ad networks.
3. Account & VIP PRO License Verification:
When upgrading to VIP PRO, your Patreon email address and subscription tier status are securely verified via Patreon OAuth. This information is used exclusively to grant and sync your Pro privileges. We have no access to your credit card or financial data, which is securely handled by Patreon Inc.
4. Browser Permissions Justification:
- storage: Used locally to store your customized automation settings, batch counts, and safety interval preferences.
- host permission (tiktok.com): Strictly required to interact with the TikTok web application to perform user-requested batch management actions.
