Ogreticim Dev Suite (ogreticim.com/dev) provides productivity browser extensions and developer tools. Our tools are developed by independent creators. Access to VIP PRO features is granted as a special perk to community members who support our ongoing development through Patreon.
2. Supporter Privileges (VIP PRO):
Users who support us via Patreon receive unlimited, quota-free, and advertisement-free access across all our tools as an appreciation perk. This functions similarly to a creator membership program (such as YouTube Channel Memberships or Patreon Tiers).
3. Fair Usage & License:
Tools are provided for lawful, personal, and professional use. Users agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute modified copies of our tools or bypass technical access controls.
4. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer:
Our extensions interact with third-party web platforms (including TikTok, YouTube, Chrome Web Store). Ogreticim Dev is independent and is neither affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any of these platforms. Users are responsible for complying with the respective terms of service of any third-party platform they interact with.
5. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Provision:
All extensions and services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, service interruptions, or account actions resulting from third-party platform updates or misuse of the tools.
6. Account & Membership Management:
All recurring payments and memberships are managed securely through Patreon Inc. You can cancel your pledge at any time via Patreon. Upon cancellation, your PRO privileges remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

- Browser Extensions: Our browser extensions operate locally within your browser client. We do not monitor, log, or store your private browsing history, passwords, or personal account communications on our servers.
3. Storage & Security:
Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device (using standard browser storage or secure sessions). Communication with our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS.
4. Cookies:
We use strictly necessary functional cookies (such as 'lang' for language preference and session tokens for login persistence). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Payments made via Patreon are voluntary contributions that directly support the independent development, server costs, and maintenance of our developer tools and extensions.
2. Digital Perks & Instant Activation:
Because VIP PRO benefits (unlimited quotas, unlocked Pro features, and ad-free experience) are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon successful authentication, contributions are generally non-refundable, consistent with Patreon's standard creator terms.
3. Subscription Control & Cancellation:
You maintain full control over your membership. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Patreon account dashboard (Settings > Memberships). Once cancelled, you will not be billed again, and your PRO access will remain active until the expiration of the current billing cycle.
4. Technical Support & Duplicate Charges:
