While we make every effort to maintain accurate seller detection algorithms, marketplace DOM structures and real-time inventory change continuously. The developer does not guarantee 100% accuracy of product categorization, stock status, or seller verification, and shall not be held liable for shopping or purchase decisions made based on the extension's filters.

2. Zero Data Collection Policy:
- No Personal Data: Only Amazon does NOT collect, store, transmit, or monetize any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or physical address.
- No Browsing History: We do NOT track, record, or monitor your web browsing history outside Amazon or across tabs.
- No Credentials or Payment Data: The extension NEVER accesses, reads, logs, or stores your Amazon login credentials, passwords, session cookies, shopping cart contents, or payment card details.
- No Search Query Logging: All search URL filtering occurs strictly on your local browser client. No search terms or product queries are transmitted to our servers or third parties.
3. Chrome Permissions Justification:
- storage: Used solely on your local device to store your extension preferences (such as filter active/inactive state and custom deal bookmarks).
- host permissions (*://*.amazon.*): Strictly required to inspect the local Document Object Model (DOM) of Amazon store pages to identify the merchant in the Buy Box and result listings, hide third-party seller elements, and ensure the official seller filter is applied client-side. No DOM data is extracted or transmitted.

3. Subscription Control & Cancellation:
You maintain full control over your membership. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Patreon account dashboard (Settings > Memberships). Once cancelled, you will not be billed again, and your PRO access will remain active until the expiration of the current billing cycle.
